Oksana Kozubska Company Founder
My professional journey began in Odessa, Ukraine, where I cultivated a strong foundation in hospitality at one of the city’s premier restaurants. This early experience opened doors into the maritime industry, with four years spent on luxury passenger vessels and an eight-year career in the yachting industry aboard 50 to 140 meter private motor yachts, where I gained a nuanced understanding of life at sea and the luxury standards required of the industry.
These experiences inspired me to launch SilverCrews in Barcelona, a company dedicated to empowering crew and hospitality professionals to realize their career potential. By carefully aligning candidates to roles that enhance their strengths and ambitions, to the specific needs and culture of our clients, SilverCrews shapes fulfilling, long-term career paths in yachting and beyond.
In 2022, SilverCrews reached an exciting milestone, supporting a New Build Project for a 140m+ superyacht, while also forging partnerships with some of the most prestigious fleets in the world. Today, our expertise extends from yachting, into VVIP properties and fine dining venues in the United Arab Emirates, where we are committed to fulfilling our client’s requirements with precision and integrity and to navigating candidate’s career paths with passion.
