– Coordinate recruitment and selection of marine personnel.
– Maintain accurate crew records and documentation.
– Address crew inquiries and collaborate with departments.

– Proven experience in crewing and payroll management.
– Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills.
